  6. The Vermont Association for the Deaf is a voluntary political advocacy group that also provides workshop and training sessions related to the needs of people who are deaf. Where?   13. The Deaf Independence Program works to build communities where deaf, deafened, and hard-of-hearing Vermonters have access to support and services. Where!
